Naava Grey Joins Joshua Baraka’s B’rakaland EA Line-Up

Joshua Baraka has unveiled Naava Grey as the second act for B’rakaland EA, joining Rwandan star Bien on a growing East African line-up.

Joshua Baraka is adding another major name to the line-up for his highly anticipated B’rakaland EA experience, unveiling songstress Naava Grey as the second act for the event.

The announcement comes shortly after Baraka revealed Rwandan singer Bienaime Sol, better known as Bien, as the first act for the East African edition of B’rakaland.

With Naava Grey now on board, the event is shaping up to be a celebration of some of the region’s most distinctive voices, bringing together different sounds and generations of East African music.

Grey is known for her soulful vocals and emotionally driven music, making her a natural fit for an event centred around live performance and Baraka’s signature R&B-inspired sound.

Baraka shared the announcement with fans, teasing the growing line-up while encouraging those planning to attend to secure their tickets early as prices are expected to rise.

B’rakaland EA is an extension of Baraka’s growing musical world, following the success of his B’rakaland concept and his continued rise as one of Uganda’s most exciting contemporary artists.

The addition of Grey also gives fans something beyond a typical headline concert. Her blend of soul, R&B and Ugandan influences brings another layer to what promises to be a carefully curated musical experience.

Baraka, who has recently enjoyed an even bigger spotlight through his partnership with Johnnie Walker as one of the faces of its Keep Walking campaign, continues to expand his presence both locally and across the region.

With Bien and Naava Grey already confirmed, attention now turns to who else could join the B’rakaland EA stage.

For fans of good vocals, live music and East African sounds, the line-up is already looking interesting.

And if Joshua Baraka’s announcements are anything to go by, there may be more surprises on the way.
