On Saturday, September 6th, 2025, the Rotary Club of Kampala Metropolitan hosts the Metro Oldies Fundraiser at Lazo Bar & Restaurant. This special night combines old school nostalgia with a powerful purpose: equipping Butoolo Health Centre III’s maternity ward with life-saving neonatal equipment.
Over the years, Rotary Kampala Metropolitan has already renovated the maternity ward, donated oxygen cylinders and ultrasound machines, and built waiting shelters. They have also organised health camps and planted trees to uplift the community. Now, the next step is even bigger: a Neonatal Resuscitation Unit that will give newborns a fighting chance at life.
